Who are we? |

Chantico’s Army is what we believe to be the first, but definitely not the only, Austin Aztex FC Supporters Group with a presence online. We are made up of individual fans, friends and family of the players, coaches and staff of the Austin Aztex. We are spread around Austin, Texas, and the world. We are joined together by two common traits: 1. The undying love of what we and many call “The Beautiful Game”. In the US, it’s called soccer. In the English speaking world outside of the US, football. In many latin speaking countries, it’s fútbol. Wherever you are, it’s a passion. 2. A solemn devotion to the Austin Aztex, the amateur and professional football team brought to Central Texas by Phil and Kay Rawlins. We as a group believe in spreading the “Gospel” of football to those who are non-believers, or who have simply not been exposed to the what we hold as the Truth. Everyone is welcome to join us. There is no joining fee. There is no orientation. You don’t even have to know anything about football. All you have to do is to be open to the experience of the game.
